The Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) Act 2015 has introduced sweeping changes to the creation of an Enduring Power of Attorney. Sonya holds a Certificate from the Law Society of Ireland in the Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) Act, 2015 and City Law Solicitors will advise and assist you in the creation and registration of your Enduring Power of Attorney.
